Barre Effect Announce Two Brilliant Post Summer Offers

Guaranteed to get those endorphins flowing, Barre Effect offers a contemporary version of the traditional barre discipline with all its workouts designed to sculpt bodies, boost metabolisms, and challenge minds.

A mix of ballet, Pilates and Yoga, the 50-minute sessions focus on full-body movements, clever sequencing, and a unique use of props (think wearable weights, resistance bands and YBells), set to a musically driven, curated playlist. The Barre Effect ‘Back To Barre’ offer is available to purchase for one week only from 8^th September. To avail the ‘Bring A Bestie’ complimentary class, friends simply need attend a Barre Effect class together. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Class Pass.
