Curated by Executive Chef Gustavo, Flavours of Lima brings to life the bold and vibrant spirit of Peru’s capital through a carefully crafted selection of dishes. Drawing inspiration from the bustling streets of Lima, Chef Gustavo presents an elevated take on traditional flavours, celebrating fresh ingredients, bold spices, and culinary creativity.

Guests will have the choice between a curated à la carte selection exclusive to the evening or a specially designed set menu priced at AED 265 per person, with a minimum booking of two guests.
