A Return to Stillness: The CHARGE Circle Comes Back to ARTE Museum

After selling out every previous edition, Charge Wellness brings The CHARGE Circle back to ARTE Museum inside The Dubai Mall on Thursday, 17th September - a 60-minute nervous system reset staged inside one of the city's most visually arresting spaces.

Guests settle in with headphones on as guided visualisation layers with immersive audio, subtle scents and deliberate stillness, drawing on neuroscience-informed practice and the mind-body connection to help the body properly rest rather than just relax.

Leading the experience is Silvina Joseph, founder of Charge Hypnosis & Wellness, whose work centres on the subconscious patterns quietly shaping everyday behaviour. The aim isn't a passive hour of calm but an active interruption of autopilot - a chance to actually slow down and reconnect.

The evening rounds out with a complimentary full-access pass to ARTE Museum and refreshments at the Tea Bar, so the reset doubles as a proper night out.

Tickets are AED 270 per person, covering the guided experience, museum access and refreshments. Spots are limited, with the event running from 7:00 PM on 17th September.
