As more women seek genuine connection beyond traditional networking events and social media, The House of Her is launching in Dubai with a fresh vision for modern community. Bringing together wellness, business, beauty and lifestyle experiences under one premium members' community, The House of Her has been created to help women build meaningful friendships, grow in confidence and feel part of something bigger.
Founded by Lucy Trott and Melissa McAllister, The House of Her was born from a shared passion for creating a welcoming, inspiring space where women can connect authentically - whether they're growing a business, navigating motherhood, settling into life in Dubai, seeking new friendships or simply looking to reconnect with themselves.
Launching with a carefully curated programme of Women in Business evenings, wellness mornings, beauty experiences, founder-led conversations and premium social events, The House of Her offers a modern alternative to traditional networking. Every experience has been thoughtfully designed to encourage genuine conversation, lasting relationships and memorable moments in some of Dubai's most sought-after venues.
Already gaining momentum ahead of its official launch, The House of Her has welcomed more than 200 women through its events, with many returning time and again to continue building friendships, business relationships and a supportive network that extends far beyond the event itself.
Unlike conventional networking groups, The House of Her is built on the belief that the strongest opportunities come from authentic relationships. Members are encouraged to attend events exactly as they are, with many arriving on their own and leaving with newfound confidence, meaningful friendships and a sense of belonging.

Beyond creating opportunities for women to connect, The House of Her also shines a spotlight on Dubai's thriving lifestyle scene, partnering with leading beauty, wellness, hospitality and leisure brands to curate elevated experiences that introduce members to new destinations, restaurants, treatments and experiences across the city.
From luxury venues and thoughtfully curated goodie bags to immersive brand activations and intimate conversations, every detail has been designed to create experiences that feel both aspirational and genuinely welcoming.
"House of Her was created because we knew so many women were looking for something more meaningful than a networking event or another social gathering," says Lucy Trott, Co-Founder of The House of Her. "We wanted to build a community where women feel comfortable walking into a room on their own, knowing they'll leave having made genuine connections, discovered something new and felt completely welcomed."
Lucy says the inspiration for The House of Her came from her own experience of navigating motherhood while searching for a renewed sense of identity beyond family life.
"After becoming a mum, I absolutely loved being present for my children, but I also realised how important it is for women to have something that's just for them," she explains. "A place where you can have meaningful conversations, feel inspired, meet like-minded women and simply be yourself. That's the feeling we wanted to create with House of Her."
Together with Melissa McAllister, Lucy has built a community that welcomes women at every stage of life - whether launching a business, changing careers, raising a family, relocating to Dubai or simply looking to expand their social circle.
The House of Her has already established partnerships with leading wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle and hospitality brands across the UAE, with members enjoying exclusive experiences and carefully curated collaborations that celebrate the very best of Dubai's vibrant lifestyle landscape.
As its community continues to grow, The House of Her is set to expand its programme of events while remaining true to its founding purpose: creating a space where women genuinely support one another, celebrate one another's successes and build relationships that last. Because sometimes the most valuable thing you can discover in Dubai isn't another venue or event - it's finding your people.
