Yù & Mì opens in Dubai, a modern Chinese dining destination set high above the city on the 36th floor of Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai. Conceived as a layered, after-dark experience, it brings together a destination cocktail bar and a contemporary Chinese restaurant within a single, evolving setting inspired by the cultural energy of 1960s Hong Kong.

The name reflects two defining ideas. Yù, meaning jade, symbolises elegance, balance and fortune. Mì, meaning mystery, speaks to discretion and what is revealed gradually. Together, they shape a place defined by contrast and intent, where refinement and edge coexist and the evening unfolds on its own terms.

At Yù & Mì, evenings are designed to unfold gradually, with no clear dividing line between the first drink, the last course and what comes next, as sweeping views of the city glow quietly beyond the glass.
