TOTÓ Dubai Presents an Exclusive Pairing Experience with Moët & Chandon​

This coming weekend, TOTÓ Dubai invites guests to experience an exclusive two-night dining activation created in collaboration with the iconic Champagne house Moët & Chandon.

Taking place on 18th and 19th December, the limited-edition experience brings together refined Italian gastronomy, exceptional Champagne pairings and TOTÓ Dubai’s signature cinematic ambience for a festive celebration designed for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

Starting at 7pm, the experience unfolds as a carefully curated journey through flavour and craftsmanship. Guests are welcomed with Gillardeau Oyster No. 2, paired with Moët & Chandon Impérial Christmas Edition, setting a crisp and celebratory tone for the evening. This is followed by a trio of tartare featuring tuna, salmon and sea bream, complemented by the generous notes of Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial. The main course showcases TOTÓ Dubai’s culinary finesse with spaghetti featuring live lobster, cooked in a rich seafood bisque with yellow cherry tomatoes and paired with Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage. The evening concludes with a Belvedere Dirty Brew Affogato, where vanilla ice cream meets the bold intensity of Belvedere’s signature coffee infusion.

Priced at AED 850 per person, the experience is available exclusively for these two evenings, offering an intimate and immersive dining affair that celebrates the art of pairing. Set within TOTÓ Dubai’s elegant interiors, inspired by the golden era of Italian cinema, the activation offers a sophisticated escape where every detail has been thoughtfully considered.
