The Supermarket Receipt That Could Book Your Mammogram in Dubai

Most of us are better at remembering the weekly shop than our health checks. This October, Choithrams is using one to prompt the other.

Until 31st October, anyone who buys a P&G product at the UAE supermarket can show their receipt at the cashier and receive a voucher for a complimentary mammogram at Zulekha Hospitals. Online shoppers are included, with a voucher delivered alongside their groceries. Vouchers are valid until the end of November.

The Breast Cancer Awareness Month initiative, run with P&G and Transmed, returns annually.

“The weekly shop is a familiar part of life, but health checks can be easier to postpone,” says Brian Ballinger, Head of Commercial at Choithrams. “We hope to give our customers a timely reminder and a practical reason to book a screening.”

In a month of pink packaging, this is awareness with an appointment attached. If you’re due a screening, keep the receipt.
