The H Dubai Vertical Run 2025: Are You Ready to #TakeTheChallenge?

This April, The H Dubai invites fitness enthusiasts to take your goals to new heights with its much-anticipated vertical stair race.

Taking place on Sunday, April 20th, The H Vertical Run challenges participants to race up the stairwell of The H Dubai Office Tower in a high-energy, pulse-pounding test of endurance. Organised by Team Sports UAE and supported by the Dubai Sports Council, the event offers added perks, including access to the BMI fitness facility and a credit voucher to enjoy at the hotel, making for a full race day experience.

Kicking off bright and early at 8.00 am, participants will gather at the base of The H Dubai Office Tower, geared up with your event bib and kit and ready to take on a fitness challenge like no other. Once the whistle blows, it’s a race to the top — 36 floors of non-stop ascent that combines the intensity of a Stairmaster session with the thrill of a marathon. Feel the electric energy from fellow runners, soak up the camaraderie, and push through each level with the help of enthusiastic supporters and plenty of refreshments all the way to the finish line at the top.

After conquering 36 floors, participants will be rewarded with a medal and certificate to commemorate your achievement, along with access to real-time results, official timing, and even a BMI facility to help you track your fitness journey. Additionally, all runners will receive a credit voucher, redeemable at any outlet within The H Dubai. Choose to refuel with a hearty breakfast at Eat & Meat or join your fellow participants for a coffee and a sweet treat in The Gallery. 

The H Vertical Run is Organised by Team Sports UAE and supported by the Dubai Sports Council, two organisations that share The H Dubai’s vision of bringing people together through fitness and wellbeing. As the government entity driving the development of Dubai’s sports sector, the Dubai Sports Council continues to encourage a culture of movement and active living across the city.
