The Green Planet™ Dubai Welcomes Young Explorers Back To Summer Camp

The Green Planet™ Dubai’s much-loved Summer Camp returns this season, reimagined to ignite creativity and deepen children’s connection with the natural world.

Set within Dubai’s only indoor tropical rainforest and home to over 3,000 plants and animals across four immersive levels, this thoughtfully curated camp invites young explorers aged 5 to 12 on an unforgettable journey of discovery, learning, and wonder.

Running from 7th July to 21st August, The Green Planet™ Dubai’s Summer Camp operates Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, offering four full days each week of fun, education, and rainforest adventure. With prices starting at AED 750 per week or AED 250 per day, flexible options are available to suit every family’s schedule.

Each day begins with a lively jungle warm-up and themed icebreaker, setting the tone for an action-packed adventure. Mornings are filled with engaging edutainment sessions focused on science, nature, and sustainability, followed by a mid-morning snack break to refuel. The excitement continues with interactive rainforest experiences, animal encounters, and creative workshops where kids can craft, build, and collaborate. After a nutritious lunch and a moment to cool down with rainforest trivia or storytelling, afternoons bring on energetic jungle games and themed challenges. The day wraps up at 3:00pm with new discoveries, meaningful memories, and a deeper appreciation for the planet.

Each day is themed to inspire curiosity and immersive, hands-on learning:

• Rainforest Rangers Mondays delve into forest ecosystems and biodiversity.

• Animal Adventures Tuesdays explore habitats, diets, and behaviours through zookeeper roleplay.

• Eco-Heroes Wednesdays highlight sustainability with seed planting, composting, and upcycled art.

• Jungle Scientists Thursdays bring the rainforest to life through weather experiments, STEM games, and explorer walks.

Campers will explore the rainforest on guided biome and nature park tours, equipped with their own binoculars for spotting wildlife up close. They’ll receive a string bag featuring an animal ID guide and a plantable pen, combining fun with eco-consciousness. Daily activities include treasure hunts, bug bingo, building mini rainforest terrariums, mask-making, and imaginative roleplay. Music, movement, and storytelling are woven throughout the week, with drumming on recycled instruments and animal-inspired dance sessions.

One of the highlights is the animal meet and greet, where children get to interact closely with some of the rainforest’s fascinating inhabitants, creating unforgettable memories and a stronger bond with nature.

As a fun finale, Thursdays end with a mini showcase in the last hour of the day where campers dress up in rainforest-inspired costumes and present a lively performance or exhibit for parents, celebrating their achievements and newfound friendships. It’s a joyful wrap-up to a week of jungle magic, learning and new friendships.

To keep energy levels high, campers can enjoy their very own nutritiously packed lunch and snacks for an additional AED 50 per day or AED 180 for a full-week registration.
