Bite Into Summer -  Lunch at Central Restaurant 

Step away from the heat and indulge in a lunch that pairs exquisite summer flavours with a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere - the perfect way to savour the season. ME by Meliá Dubai presents a curated dining experience at Central Restaurant, available Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, offering an ideal midday retreat.

Crafted by the Executive Chef, the menu is designed for sharing and begins with refreshing Gazpacho, a crispy Atún Tostada, and a vibrant Summer Breeze - watermelon with feta cheese. For mains, guests can enjoy Neptune’s Catch: a light and fresh sea bream with kalamata olives, capers, heirloom cherry tomatoes, and lemon; Pollo a la Brasa - charred baby chicken served with truffled mashed potatoes; and La Tierra - zucchini with manchego and basil béchamel. To finish, an assortment of sweet desserts provides the perfect ending. It’s the ideal setting for a well-deserved break to escape a busy day.
