Chef Kelvin Cheung of Jun’s in Dubai, ranked 7th on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants list, will welcome Chef Sara Aqel of Dara Dining in Amman, ranked 18th, for a 'chef’s night out' on Sunday, September 29.

The evening will feature a collaborative tasting menu priced at AED 495 per person, blending Chef Sara’s Mediterranean sensibility with Chef Kelvin’s inventive third-culture approach. The two chefs, long-time friends, have spent days together in the kitchen developing dishes that reflect their shared values of creativity, cultural storytelling, and genuine camaraderie.
