Riviera by Jean Imbert, located at the luxurious The Lana hotel, part of the Dorchester Collection, and overlooking the shimmering waters of Marasi Bay marina against the city’s luminous skyline, is delighted to present an extraordinary one-night-only culinary experience.
This landmark evening marks the first-ever collaboration between the iconic Barolo winery Aldo Conterno and the legendary black truffles of Périgord, France.
Taking place on Thursday, February 5th, 2026, with limited seating available, the exclusive dinner is priced at AED 2,888 per person, promising an unforgettable experience for discerning gastronomes and wine connoisseurs alike.
At the heart of the evening is the world premiere release of the 2016 Gran Bussia, Aldo Conterno’s flagship wine, unveiled for the very first time exclusively at this dinner. To complement the elegance and depth of Nebbiolo, Christophe Prunier, who is among Périgord’s most revered truffle producers, has hand-picked rare black truffles, each chosen to elevate both the wine and the menu.
The experience is further defined by a bespoke multi-course tasting menu crafted by three-Michelin-star Chef Tristin Farmer of Maison Dali, in collaboration with Riviera’s Chef de Cuisine, Chef Étienne Lafaille, where each dish celebrates the earthy notes of the wine, the complexity of truffles and the terroir. The evening concludes with a special surprise reveal, reserved solely for the guests in attendance, cementing this occasion as a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.
