In classic Signor Sassi fashion, the brunch experience offers a lavish culinary journey curated by Executive Chef Luca Rossi, blending traditional Italian techniques with a fresh, sun-kissed flair. From handmade pastas and regional antipasti to decadent desserts and timeless cocktails, each dish is an ode to the vibrant spirit of summer and the richness of Italian culture.

From the moment guests arrive, the air is alive with the soulful rhythm of a live saxophonist and the energising beats of DJ Charlelie, setting the tone for a vibrant Sunday celebration.
