I didn’t grow up around money, business owners, or the kind of environment where entrepreneurship felt like a normal path. Quite the opposite. I came from a very underprivileged background where survival, stability and “getting a safe job” were the goals most people were encouraged to aim for. Nobody around me owned businesses. The only conversations around money were about the lack of it. But even as a young person, I always had a strong feeling that my life was meant to be different.
I originally qualified in childcare. At the time it felt like the obvious path. It was stable, I loved children, and it was probably the kind of job people expected someone like me to pursue. But deep down I always had this feeling that I was meant for more. I couldn’t quite explain it. I just knew I didn’t want a standard life. So I started my first business at 22 with my partner. It was in home improvements. My partner was a tradesman & being a girl with my type of personality became an advantage. I brought a completely different energy into the space. Where many companies focused purely on the trade side, I brought what I call the “women’s touch” to the business. Organisation. Cleanliness. Reliability. Customer experience. Clients loved it. They felt comfortable. They trusted us in their homes. They appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism that often gets overlooked in that industry. The business grew quickly.
Within five years we had scaled to £5 million in turnover. What started as a small idea had become a large operation with teams, projects and major contracts. We began working on large commercial projects including restaurants and hotels, and the company expanded far beyond anything I had originally imagined. It was a huge success. But by year ten, everything collapsed.
Losing that business was one of the most painful experiences of my life. The emotional impact was far bigger than the financial loss. When something you’ve poured your heart, identity and years of your life into disappears, it leaves a huge void.
I went through a period of deep shame, guilt and embarrassment. I felt like I had failed not only myself, but everyone around me. There were times where I barely left the house because I didn’t want to face people or answer questions about what had happened. That period forced me into a journey I hadn’t expected but now see as one of the most important chapters of my life. Self-development.
I started reading. Learning. Reflecting. Understanding myself on a deeper level. I began doing courses around mindset, worked on my beliefs, my identity and the patterns that had shaped how I built and ran my business. And something interesting happened during that time. People started coming to me for advice. Even though my business had collapsed, others still saw the knowledge and experience I had gained from building a multi-million pound company. They wanted help with their own businesses. Their mindset. Their growth. I began supporting them informally at first, helping them work through challenges, decisions and opportunities. And I absolutely loved it. I barely noticed the money I was making. It wasn’t the main focus. It didn’t feel like work. It felt natural. Energising. Meaningful. Seeing someone gain clarity, confidence and momentum in their business lit something up in me that I hadn’t experienced before.
In 2020 I returned to the home improvements industry and started another company. Within three years we had built it into a seven-figure (£) business. But this time things were different. I knew my passion was in helping people build successful businesses. Through time, I had a major realisation. The thing that had truly allowed me to scale 2 successful businesses wasn’t just operations or hard work. It was sales and marketing. Over the years I had naturally developed a deep understanding of positioning, messaging, customer psychology and how people make buying decisions. Much of it had been instinctive at the time, but once I began studying it properly I realised how powerful those skills actually were. So I went all in on mastering it.
I invested six figures into learning sales, marketing, business strategy and personal development at the highest level. I studied from some of the best minds in the world, learning both the practical strategies and the deeper psychology behind why people buy.
What became clear to me was that most talented business owners are not failing because they’re bad at what they do. They’re failing because they don’t know how to position, communicate and sell what they do effectively.
They have incredible knowledge, experience and value to offer, but they struggle to translate that into consistent income and growth. That’s where my work today comes in. My niche is helping entrepreneurs build a powerful online sales system that allows them to turn their expertise, knowledge and experience into scalable income.
An online sales system is far more than just posting on social media or launching a course. It’s about building an ecosystem that works together seamlessly;
Your messaging.
Your positioning.
Your offers.
Your sales psychology.
Your marketing strategy.
Your funnels and client journey.
When all of those elements are aligned, business becomes significantly easier. Instead of chasing clients, the right clients start finding you. Instead of convincing people to buy, they arrive already believing in the value you offer. Instead of constantly trading time for money, your knowledge and systems begin working for you.
What makes my work unique is that I don’t just teach strategy. I teach the psychology and energetics of selling. Sales is never just about tactics. It’s about identity, belief and energy as well. If someone doesn’t
fully believe in their value, their pricing, or their authority, that hesitation is felt by potential clients.
People don’t buy purely based on information. They buy based on certainty, confidence and trust.
That’s why my work blends high-level identity and mindset work with proven marketing and sales strategies. When those two things are combined, business owners begin showing up in a completely different way. They stop undercharging. They stop over-explaining. They stop chasing the wrong clients. Instead they attract aligned opportunities and build businesses that support the life they actually want to live.
Because I’ve lived the other side, I know what it feels like to run a reactive business that consumes your time and energy. I know what it feels like to deal with draining clients, constant pressure and the guilt that comes with trying to take time off when your business depends entirely on you. That’s not the kind of success I want for people.
My true passion is helping entrepreneurs build successful lives while they build successful businesses. Businesses that give them freedom;
Time freedom.
Financial freedom.
Creative freedom.
The ability to wake up without stress. To spend time with family. To travel. To choose how and when they work. And at the same time, create meaningful impact through their knowledge, expertise and work. When the right sales systems are in place, scaling doesn’t have to feel chaotic or overwhelming.
It can feel seamless. More aligned clients. Better opportunities. Higher income. And a business that finally supports the life you actually want to live. That’s the work I’m most passionate about today.
Today Angela share's a typical day in her world:
5:00am
My alarm goes off at 5am and the first thing I do is head to the stables.
Riding my horse in the desert as the sun comes up sets the tone for the entire day.
It ticks so many boxes at once. Exercise. Mental clarity. Nature. Stillness.
It’s honestly one of the biggest reasons my days feel so balanced.
7:00am
By 7am I’m back home and getting my son ready for school.
It’s a simple part of the day but one I value so much. Being present for these everyday moments matters to me.
7:30am
At 7:30 my husband and I sit outside in the garden with a coffee.
This is where most people would probably say we’re having a business meeting without calling it one.
We talk about ideas, plans, opportunities and goals.
Some of our best ideas start right there with coffee in the garden.
8:30am
Around 8:30 I start checking in with clients.
Most of this is done through voice notes. It allows me to stay connected with them without being stuck on calls all day.
It’s quick, personal and incredibly effective. I can respond to questions, give feedback and help them keep momentum in their businesses.
11:00am
I often meet clients at a podcast studio.
This is something I absolutely love doing.
The conversation helps me understand them on a much deeper level, their story, their values, what drives them.
But there’s also a very strategic purpose.
We record conversations that can then be turned into multiple pieces of content for their marketing. Reels, clips, storytelling moments that help them build authority and connect with their audience.
It’s one of the most powerful ways to capture authentic content.
1:00pm
Around 1pm I spend time on my own social media.
For me this is actually one of the most therapeutic parts of the day.
Everything I share is based on my own experiences, my own opinions and my own values. I write honestly about business, mindset and life.
Sometimes my Instagram honestly feels like a bit of a dear diary.
But I love that. Personal branding works best when it’s authentic, and sharing openly is something I’m incredibly passionate about.
3:00pm
Around 3pm I’ll usually do another round of voice notes to clients & my team.
Answering questions, checking progress, helping them stay focused and making sure nobody is stuck.
This keeps the energy moving forward without the day being filled with endless meetings.
6:00pm
At 6pm we sit down for dinner as a family.
This is a really important part of the day. It’s time to relax and spend quality time together.
It’s usually light-hearted, lots of conversation, and a chance to reconnect after the day.
7:00pm
Around 7pm my husband and I will usually have a cup of tea together.
This is where we often talk through the day, solve any problems, close off anything that needs dealt with and plan ahead for tomorrow.
It’s our moment to reset before the evening winds down.
9:00pm
By 9pm I’m in bed.
Early nights mean early mornings, and those desert rides at sunrise are too important to miss.
The rhythm of my day is simple, intentional and designed around the things that matter most.
Family.
Freedom.
Building businesses that allow life to be lived this way.
