Stephanie is one of Australia’s most successful Olympians, having won three gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and set five world records during her career. She was honoured to carry the Australian flag at the Beijing Closing Ceremony, and since retiring from competitive swimming she has built a diverse career across sport, business, and media.
Stephanie has had the privilege of representing global brands such as JW Marriott and Mercedes-Benz as an ambassador, and she has also worked extensively in television and broadcast in both Australia and India, covering the Olympic Games and major sporting events. Beyond media, she's advised government organizations as a lead consultant in high performance and sports strategy.
After completing her MBA, Stephanie relocated to Dubai where she's expanded into business and technology ventures. She is currently the Commercial Director for Games of the Future - a pioneering event in Abu Dhabi that blends physical and digital competitions, and she's also across a range of AI and technology projects, in addition to being an investor in a leading esports team.
Most recently, she joined MSA (My Sports Academy) as an ambassador, where she's excited to connect with kids and parents and help grow swimming in the UAE
Today Stephanie shares with us a typical day in her life and career:
8AM:
Long prayer walk outside in nature to set the focus of my day & 30-40mins Pilates + Breakfast (Greek Yogurt and Berries with 2 eggs on toast)

Finish work and prepare Dinner, or if Im lucky my amazing husband will make it for me as he is a great cook. We usually have Steak, steamed green veggies with roasted sweet potato. We love eating dinner together, discussing our day and our feelings, then relaxing on the coach watching a show.
10PM:
Herbal tea to unwind, skin care routine, and prepare for bed
