Other Women's Jobs // A Day In The Life & Career Of Eugenia Batrak

NAME: Eugenia Batrak

INSTAGRAM HANDLE: @eugeniabulldozerspa

JOB TITLE: Vice President of Bulldoer Group

MOVED TO THE UAE IN: 2024

Eugenia Batrak is a senior wellness and hospitality executive with extensive international experience in building, scaling, and managing premium spa and wellness concepts across multiple markets. Her career has been shaped by large, complex projects and fast-moving environments.

Today, she serves as Vice President of Bulldozer Group Global SPA, where she oversees wellness strategy, spa operations, and the development of large-scale, high-end wellness destinations, across multiple markets. She is currently leading one of Dubai’s most anticipated openings of the year, SACRA SPA & Bath Club, set to redefine the city’s wellness landscape.

Eugenia has been part of Bulldozer Group for more than five years, a journey that has grown into something far deeper than a traditional executive role. Over time, her involvement evolved into a true partnership. She is now closely involved in all major business developments, plays a key role in shaping holistic concepts that integrate traditional spa culture, modern wellness technologies, and elevated guest experiences tailored to a global, discerning audience. Her contribution spans everything from early-stage concept creation to operational strategy, ensuring that each project remains authentic, relevant, and sustainable.

Alongside her operational expertise, Eugenia brings a strong background in investor relations, business development, and strategic communications. She is also a certified mediator and business consultant, skills that shape the way she leads. Rather than focusing solely on outcomes, she places equal importance on people and process, aligning teams around a shared vision and creating structures that support long-term growth.

Throughout her career, Eugenia has worked closely with international partners and multicultural teams, navigating different working styles, cultural expectations, and leadership dynamics. She believes successful leadership today requires adaptability, emotional intelligence, ability to listen and cultural awareness. In high-pressure environments, her approach is grounded and steady - focused on clarity, balance, and mutual respect.

Eugenia often speaks openly about the realities of leadership - the responsibility, the pressure, burnout prevention, and the complexities of managing international teams. She is a vocal advocate for wellness as a foundation for sustainable performance, not a luxury reserved for weekends or holidays. In her view, leaders who take care of themselves are better equipped to make thoughtful decisions, support their teams, and build stronger, more resilient businesses. Wellness, for her, is not a trend - it is a mindset that shapes how people work, lead, and live.

Today Eugenia shares a day in her life and world:

8AM:

Wake up, breakfast. The most peaceful time of my day. I try to spend these first moments entirely on my own - no work chats, no calls, no conversations. Just me and my thoughts. This quiet space helps me ground myself and collect my energy before the day begins. It allows me to start the day feeling calm, centred, and mentally prepared rather than rushed.

10AM:

Work out (7 times a week, it’s a must!)no matter how busy my schedule becomes.Sport is not just a healthy habit - it gives me far more than a strong body. It’s my form of meditation, a way to release stress, clear my mind, and reconnect with myself.

12NOON – 6.00 PM:

Most of my day is dedicated to work - Zoom calls, meetings, and site visits. My role requires constant communication, problem-solving, and managing complex processes and people across different teams.

As a Vice President, I’m responsible for a large number of employees, which means I need to be fully present at all times. I’m expected to have answers, make decisions, and guide teams through challenges with clarity and confidence. It demands a lot of energy and focus.

At the same time, the creative side of my work is just as important to me. My favourite moments are when I’m given the space to think creatively - to imagine, shape ideas, and build something new from scratch. That’s when I feel the most inspired and alive. For me, leadership is about finding the balance between structure and creativity, strategy and intuition. Even though the responsibility is high, I genuinely love what I do. My career inspires me deeply, and projects like SACRA allow me to combine leadership with creativity in the most meaningful way.

8PM:

Evenings are reserved for dinner with friends or family. This time is essential and very sacred to me. I’m a naturally private person, and my inner circle is small - only a few people truly know me. After a long and demanding day, this quiet time with the people I trust most allows me to disconnect from work and relax.

10PM:

I end my day with a calming beauty routine and reading. Like many women, I love beauty and enjoy exploring new skincare treatments and gadgets. I don’t wear much makeup - I prefer to focus on the quality of my skin and feeling fresh and confident without needing to cover it. My night time routine is part of my self-care practice, helping me slow down and transition into rest. Some of my favourite skincare brands are Margy’s and Biologique Recherche, and this ritual is my way of gently closing the day.
