NAME: Valentina Morales
AGE: 27 Years Old
INSTAGRAM HANDLE: @cassava.ae
JOB TITLE: Co-Founder of Casa Eva
MOVED TO THE UAE IN: 2022
Originally from Venezuela, Valentina is a creative soul with a calm presence and a curious mind. She graduated as a Computer Engineer in 2020 with a deep passion for coding and building systems. In 2021, she launched her first clothing store in Venezuela but by 2022, she made the decision to leave her home country—and her family—to pursue a better life and new opportunities.
Along the way, she lived in Bogotá and Frankfurt before she found Dubai—a place that felt full of potential and possibility. Since arriving, her journey has been one of deep personal and professional growth. 2023 was a year of self-reflection and healing, while 2024 became a year of transformation and awareness, where she embraced therapy, new habits, and a more empowered mindset.
In 2024, she completely changed my eating habits, choosing foods that gave her mental clarity, better energy, and it helped her to feel incredible in my body. That shift became a foundation for everything else— her creativity, focus, and ability to take on more than she ever imagined. Today she feels strong, aligned, and capable. Always grateful.
Valentina's passion for creating systems, both digital and physical, led her to co-found Casa Eva, a home organizing and styling company, with her best friend of 16 years. Together, they help people bring more harmony into their homes and lives. They believe that by improving our surroundings and habits, we create space for our best selves to thrive.
Valentina's vision is to build a community where people truly understand how much a clutter-free and organized space can change their lives. It’s not just about having a tidy home—it’s about feeling clear, calm, and in control. When your space feels good, your mind feels lighter too. That’s what she want to keep creating with Casa Eva."
Let's discover a typical day in Valentina's world:
8AM: My mornings start before 8 AM—usually between 6:30 and 7:00 AM. I don’t use an alarm; my body naturally knows when it’s time to wake up, which I’m incredibly grateful for. I love slow, calm mornings. The first thing I do is check my notebook, where I’ve written down the tasks for the day ahead. Movement is part of my routine, so I either go to the gym or take a yoga/pilates class. By 9 AM, I’m at my laptop checking emails and organizing my workflow for the day.
10AM: This is my peak productivity window. I work not only on Casa Eva but also freelance for other companies, so my calendar is split between them. I always prioritize Casa Eva first, and then tackle my freelance work by level of urgency. Creating this flow has helped me stay focused and aligned with my goals.
12NOON: I love cooking, especially since I changed my food habits in 2024. I follow a low-carb diet that supports my energy levels throughout the day. Around noon, I usually have a small snack (as I typically eat only two full meals a day), and I begin scheduling any calls or client meetings after this time.
2PM: By this time, I’ve completed my high-priority tasks and start working through the medium- and low-priority ones. I’ve found that assigning time blocks to each task really helps me stay on track. As I complete them, I cross them off in my notebook—it gives me a sense of achievement and clarity for what’s next.
4PM: This is usually my time to pause and have my main meal of the day. I like to cook slowly and enjoy the process. I take a full hour to disconnect, relax, and eat mindfully.
6PM: If I practiced yoga or pilates in the morning, I head to the gym in the evening. I train at the gym 3–4 times per week, and I plan my workouts based on my cycle phases.
8PM: I start preparing for the next day by reviewing what I achieved and what still needs attention. I recheck my notebook, move any incomplete tasks to the next morning, and organise my thoughts so I can start the next day with a clear mind.
10PM: Bedtime. I’m usually in bed by 10:00–10:30 PM. My body naturally starts to slow down around that time. I fall asleep easily and look forward to waking up refreshed and ready for another amazing day.
