Emirati-owned homegrown concept, Saddle, has levelled up breakfast as we know it by introducing new flat croissants. With two new flavours perfect to beat the summer heat, you're spoiled for choice. Those looking for a sweet treat can choose the berries and cream flat croissant (AED 38), bursting with house-made jam, luscious cream and seasonal berries. For a more nutty and savoury offering, look no further than the dukkah and cream flat croissant (AED 35), topped with a flavourful dukkah blend and finished with a honey drizzle.

Anwā Sunset Lounge, the two-level rooftop restaurant perched atop the idyllic Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa unveils an exciting new menu of Pan-Asian bites and drinks.
