Before the city stirs, I prepare my daughter’s meal, sending her off to school with a nourishing breakfast and a big, heart felt hug. A long, leisurely walk with my dog follows, allowing me to soak in the quiet magic of dawn, breathing in the fresh air and setting my intentions.

As the city awakens, I transition into my own practice. I take this time to ready myself for evening sound healing sessions—selecting instruments, setting intentions, and planning upcoming workshops and courses. I also carve out moments to read articles and research new modalities, ensuring my offerings remain fresh, relevant, and deeply impactful.
4PM:
As the sun begins its descent, I pause for a soothing cup of ginger-cardamom tea, a ritual I cherish with my daughter. These moments of connection ground me, reminding me of the importance of presence and family amidst a busy schedule.
