Starters include Burrata with heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil, an Octopus Salad with cherry tomatoes, pitted taggiasca olives, capers, celery, and lemon, and a vibrant Seafood Ceviche with salmon, clams, squid, prawns, leche de tigre, habanero chili, and toasted chulpe corn.

Main courses feature Grilled Seabass “Butterfly” served with lemon butter sauce, Tartufo Pinza topped with mozzarella, porcini cream, black truffle, and parmesan, and Steamed Bao filled with braised Angus beef cheeks and homemade pickles.

Desserts include the refreshing Amalfi Lemon Sorbet, indulgent Coconut Ice Cream Cup topped with coconut flakes, meringue, crumble and Chantilly cream, a seasonal Fruit Platter and a refreshing Watermelon Platter.
