Available throughout the month of January, the Balance by Four Seasons menu reflects a modern approach to wellbeing, where flavour, nourishment and indulgence coexist seamlessly. The menu showcases vibrant ingredients and nutrient-rich dishes set to encourage guests to embrace balance without compromise. Mindfully crafted plant-based selections include the Longevity Smoothie Bowl, a nourishing blend of almond milk, leafy greens and antioxidant-rich ingredients designed to fuel the body from within. the Falafel with Cilantro Yoghurt offers a lighter take on a classic favourite, with sautéed chickpea falafels delivering plant-based protein paired with a creamy probiotic-rich yoghurt sauce to support gut health and immunity.
For those seeking wholesome proteins, the menu also features the Grilled Chicken with Habanero Hot Sauce, elevated with a vibrant citrus-forward marinade made from 100% fruit juices to naturally enhance flavour while boosting vitamin and antioxidant intake. Seafood lovers can enjoy the Hoisin Salmon Burger with Ginger Sauce, where heart-healthy omega-3-rich salmon takes centre stage, supporting brain, eye and immune health.
Ending on a lighter note, MINA’s Strawberry and Almond Tart delivers a guilt-free indulgence, combining fresh strawberries, greek yoghurt and oats into a dessert that balances creamy textures with fibre-rich ingredients known to promote digestion and support heart health.
