Today Lina shares with us her 3 biggest life learnings so far:

#LIFELESSON – 1- Empower Others Through Knowledge

I’ve always believed that sharing what I know is one of the best ways to help others grow. Whether it’s through my work in HR consulting, coaching individuals to improve their CVs and LinkedIn profiles, or helping companies align their strategies, I feel a sense of fulfillment when I can help others unlock their potential. It’s about empowering others with the right tools and knowledge so they can take control of their careers and reach their goals. I believe that when we help people become the best version of themselves, we all succeed together.

#LIFELESSON – 2 - Never Stop Learning

For me, growth is a lifelong journey. I’m always looking for ways to improve and learn new things, whether it’s advancing my knowledge in HR, exploring new business strategies, or discovering new tools to help others excel in their careers. Continuous learning is key to staying adaptable in an ever-changing world. I feel that in both my personal and professional life, embracing new challenges and constantly pushing myself to evolve is vital. It’s about being open to change, staying curious, and always looking for opportunities to expand what we know. Growth never stops, and that’s what excites me.

#LIFELESSON – 3 - Find Balance Between Work and Passion

While I’m deeply committed to my work and the people I help, I also understand the importance of balancing it with personal passions. My love for cats, my hobby of writing cookbooks, and the time I spend on activities that make me happy keep me grounded. I’ve learned that nurturing personal interests is just as important as career success. It helps me stay energized, inspired, and creative. Life isn’t just about professional accomplishments—it’s about creating a space for the things that make us feel alive and fulfilled. Work-life balance isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.
