Let's hear Aneri's biggest life lessons so far:

#LIFELESSON – 1 - Embracing Change

I used to find change challenging, but everything transformed with the arrival of my twins. Their birth taught me that life is a series of transitions, each one offering opportunities for growth, learning, and new experiences. From shifting careers to moving to new places, and even personal development, I realized that facing change with an open heart allows for unexpected rewards. What once felt overwhelming now feels like a necessary and exciting part of life. I’ve learned that every transition, whether big or small, brings its own lessons and insights. Adapting to change has led me to discover new passions, meet amazing people, and encounter enriching moments that I hadn’t imagined. Embracing change has become a powerful part of my journey, a reminder that life is constantly evolving, and it’s in these moments of transition that we truly grow and find our purpose.

#LIFELESSON – 2 - Staying True to Myself: Nurturing My Inner Child

I've discovered that staying true to myself and nurturing my inner child are crucial for genuine, lasting growth. By giving myself permission to embrace who I truly am and care for that playful, curious part within me, I’ve found a deeper, more authentic sense of happiness. This process of self-acceptance has allowed me to connect with the joy, wonder, and creativity I had as a child, which brings a unique richness to my life. Rather than chasing external achievements or validation, I’ve come to realize that true fulfilment lies in being real with myself and honouring my individuality. It’s about letting my authentic self-shine through, embracing both strengths and imperfections, and finding peace in that self-expression. This inner work has transformed how I approach life and relationships, grounding me in a sense of purpose that goes beyond superficial successes. Nurturing that inner child has brought a sense of freedom and contentment that continues to guide my journey.

#LIFELESSON – 3 - The Freedom of Saying No

I’ve come to realize that saying no is essential for respecting my own boundaries. Though it’s not always easy, confidently turning down things that don’t serve me has allowed me to create space for what truly matters. By doing so, I’ve been able to prioritize my well-being, focus on my passions, and invest time in what brings me joy and growth. This practice of setting boundaries has been both empowering and transformative, helping me to feel more in control of my choices and life path. Embracing the freedom to say no has given me the clarity to recognize what aligns with my values and goals, and the courage to let go of what doesn’t. It’s a simple but powerful shift that continues to shape my personal growth, enabling me to live with greater intention and purpose.
