Kaimana Beach Launches Lost in Paradise Brunch

This April, Kaimana Beach partners with Candypants to launch Lost in Paradise, a high-energy, island-inspired brunch set against the beachfront backdrop of J1.

From 1pm to 4.30pm guests can enjoy a curated selection of elevated Pan-Asian dishes paired with handcrafted cocktails providing the perfect start to an upbeat, social Saturday. Lost in Paradise delivers a refined brunch experience with a distinct island energy.

The music blends organic house with popular brunch classics — a smooth, nostalgic soundtrack that sets the tone for the afternoon. From 4.30pm to 7pm, the Afterparty brings a seamless transition into sunset vibes, turning up the tempo!

The Lost in Paradise brunch menu brings a vibrant mix of Pan-Asian flavours, blending comfort with a touch of sophistication. Guests can start with delicious appetisers like Crispy Orange Chicken, Wagyu Kushiyaki, and Chicken Thai Basil Dim Sum, all designed to be shared. For mains, standout options include the Gambas Al Ajillo Skillet, the rich and creamy Smoked Tomato & Burrata Risotto, and the signature Crispy Orange Chicken, served with a refined twist. Dessert rounds out the experience with indulgent island treats like Butter Mochi Cake and freshly made Malasadas.

A dedicated vegan menu is also available, featuring bold dishes such as Cantonese Turnip Cake, Truffle Mushroom Dim Sum, Wok-Tossed Black Pepper Tofu, and Thai Green Curry, with desserts like Coconut Tapioca Panna Cotta and a fresh Seasonal Fruit Platter offering a sweet plant-based finish.
