Iliana, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab’s effortless Greek restaurant, is welcoming alfresco season with the opening of its elegant rooftop this November, where the vibrant soul of the Greek islands meets Dubai’s iconic shoreline. 

 

As the sun dips below the horizon, golden-hour gatherings melt into moonlit revelry, inviting guests to linger over vibrant cocktails, toast to golden hour, and dance to the rhythm of Mykonian beats framed by stunning views of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. Inspired by the Aegean’s coastal spirit, here, laid-back luxury blends seamlessly with refined sea-side dining. 

The menu features Iliana’s signature dishes reimagined for an ideal rooftop setting. Each plate tells a story of seasonal ingredients, while a bespoke cocktail collection, infused with coastal botanicals invites guests to sip, unwind, and escape. Signature dishes include delicious Scallops Sashimi, Octopus and Carabineros skewers paired beautifully with a trio of tropical cocktail creations, includingthe Blueberry & Lime Sour with fresh citrus and a touch of Benedictine, Eros, a tropical blend of coconut tequila and passion fruit, and Afrodita, a refreshing mix of Matiha, pineapple, lemongrass and cucumber. 

As evening unfolds, the energy at Iliana’s Rooftop shifts with the sound of the sea and the beats of Mykonos’-cosmopolitan spirit. From uplifting sunset sessions to elegant late-night gatherings, the venue’s resident DJs create a seamless transition from golden hour to after-dark allure, where music and laughter dance with the wind. Expect a DJ on Sundays – Wednesdays from 5PM – 1 AM, and Thursdays – Saturdays from 5PM – 3AM. From sunset to late night, premium shisha offerings will be available on the menu soon, to be enjoyed while basking in the golden rays, and dancing the night away with upbeat rhythms.
