During Dubai Food Festival, Ginger Moon is hosting a zero-waste dinner event. The sustainable event will take place on Thursday, 4th May 2023, and will highlight the hotel's commitment to eco-friendly dining and sustainable practices.
Chef Daniele Marcellini has designed a delicious five-course menu and beverage pairing for the event, meticulously planning every detail of each dish. You will discover and re-imagine the most undervalued ingredients through sustainable methods that minimise waste.
Recently, the Mina Seyahi resort celebrated its commitment to sustainability by launching its on-site BiG 1500 bottling plant, which is state-of-the-art. Using the plant, 1,500 filtered water bottles can be produced a year, and 1000+ tonnes of carbon emissions and 1.5 million single-use plastic bottles will be eliminated.
