Delano Dubai's Pool & Beach menu offers a selection of dishes designed to complement the whimsical coastal setting, with subtle hints of flavours from the Italian coast, all thoughtfully prepared using the finest ingredients.
The starters include Burrata, paired with heirloom tomatoes, fragrant basil, and a delicate pesto drizzle. The Octopus Salad combines tender octopus with sweet cherry tomatoes, tangy taggiasche olives, capers, and a touch of celery and lemon, offering a subtle yet refreshing bite. The Sea Bass Carpacciois includes thin slices of sea bass complemented by crisp green apple, lemon, and chervil leaf, creating a smooth balance of textures and flavours.
The main courses offer a range of carefully crafted dishes. The Rigatoni Seafood features a mix of seafood paired with a rich tomato sauce, elevated by a hint of parsley and basil. The Beef Cheek Tacos offer slow-cooked beef cheek, complemented by pico de gallo, crisp lettuce, jalapeño, and chipotle mayo. Alternatively, the Whole Lobster is served with a velvety lemon butter sauce and accompanied by a fresh mixed salad.
To finish the meal, the desserts are light and refreshing. The Amalfi Lemon Sorbet is served traditionally inside a lemon shell, resting on a bed of ice. The Tiramisu Ice Cream Cup layers coffee, chocolate, gianduja, and whipped cream. Alternatively, the Fruit Platter provides a refreshing selection of seasonal fruits.
