Chef Daniela Sfara Heads Back To Media One and Studio One This May For An Intimate Supper Club

Media One Hotel and Studio One Hotel are bringing the magic of Italy straight to the table this May, as Italian-Canadian guest chef Daniela Sfara returns to host not two, but four cosy, soul-stirring supper clubs across Media One Hotel and Studio One Hotel’s most-loved dining spots: Ciao Bella and Larte.

Mark your calendars! At Ciao Bella, Chef Daniela is partnering with Media One Hotel’s very own Chef Omer, crafting a nostalgic culinary journey through Italy from the seafood of Sicilia to the comforting flavours of Emilia-Romagna.

Each course is a tribute to heritage – a taste of home-cooked Sundays paired with handpicked wines that reflect the soul of their regions. From creamy Gnocchi Alla Bava of Val d’Aosta to the bold Involtini Di Vitello of Puglia, this menu invites you to explore Italy’s most authentic corners without leaving Dubai.

Diners can experience Daniel’s signature rustic Italian flavours on Wednesday, May 14th and Friday, May 16th.

Over at Larte, join us at for two unforgettable nights hosted by chef Daniela Sfara, as she comes back for the second time to bring her signature style and passion for regional Italian cuisine to Dubai Studio City. The celebration kicks off on Thursday 22nd May with Strapizzami, a vibrant all you can eat 2-hours pizza party that’s all about bold flavours and good vibes. Expect a flowing selection of gourmet pizzas from earthy Porcini Panna e Cotto to zesty Salmon Cream with Lemon and Zucchini, plus unlimited house wine and beer to keep the night buzzing. Then on Saturday 24 May, the mood shifts as Daniela hosts our Live at Larte Supper Club. This intimate dining experience is a tribute to Italy’s lesser-known culinary regions with dishes like Gnocchi Alla Bava, Tagliatelle with Artichokes and Speck, and stuffed Veal Rolls, all paired with wines that tell their own stories. It’s soulful, seasonal, and designed to take you on a journey through Italy one course at a time, at just AED 399 with wine pairing.
