Camping in the Rainforest is BACK At The Green Planet™ Dubai With New Adventures To Be Had!

Back by popular demand, Camping in the Rainforest is returning to The Green Planet™ Dubai, and this year, its bigger, bolder, and packed with new themed adventures that promise an unforgettable night deep in the heart of the rainforest.

Running from Friday, 30th May until Saturday 1st November, this limited weekend-only experience transforms the region’s only indoor rainforest, home to over 3,000 exotic plants and animals into an exciting after-dark escape filled with mystery, nature, and non-stop discovery. From torch-lit treks to moonlit missions, it’s a summer sleepover like no other.

The first three themed edition invites guests to explore a whole new side of the jungle, guided by expert biologists and surrounded by the sounds of nature.

The rainforest winds down… or does it? As the sun slips away, a new world awakens. Campers will set off on a peaceful yet captivating night walk through the biodome, guided by expert biologists and surrounded by the sounds of rustling leaves and distant calls. From quick and curious marmosets to slithering snakes and fluttering nocturnal birds, the jungle reveals its hidden rhythm offering a calming, sensory-rich experience designed for curious minds and nature lovers of all ages.

It’s time to gear up and go deep into discovery. Budding biologists and thrill-seeking families will become rainforest rovers for the night, setting off with flashlights in hand to uncover the secrets of the jungle after dark. Campers will take part in a rainforest scavenger hunt, get up close during behind-the-scenes animal feeding sessions, and dive into hands-on encounters guided by The Green Planet™ Dubai’s expert biologists. Whether solving clues, spotting wildlife, or learning how the rainforest thrives, this expedition is packed with energy, exploration, and unforgettable moments.

Storytelling meets science in this magical rainforest adventure. Under the iconic Kapok tree, guests will gather for an enchanting evening of interactive tales where rainforest legends come to life. From crafting jungle relics in themed arts and crafts to encountering the real-life inspirations behind the stories like colourful birds, prickly porcupines, and curious crawlies, this edition blends imagination and discovery in a way that sparks awe and wonder.

All camp editions include exclusive after-hours access to The Green Planet™ Dubai, a guided night tour, interactive animal encounters, family-friendly games, a delicious buffet dinner and breakfast, and hands-on educational activities led by rainforest experts. Campers will also receive a unique themed badge or sticker, a special memento to take home after every adventure.

The experience is priced at AED 900 for a regular tent that sleeps two campers, or AED 1,700 for a large tent that accommodates a group of four.
