Bluewaters Floating Fitness Hub: Free Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 Workouts on the Water

This year, Dubai Fitness Challenge is heading out to sea. To mark the challenge’s 10th edition, Bluewaters has launched a Floating Fitness Hub with homegrown performance wear brand SQUATWOLF. It’s a purpose-built platform over the water that will host a month of free workouts from 31 October to 29 November.

It’s a refreshing twist on the 30x30 challenge, which asks residents to complete 30 minutes of activity every day for 30 days. With the Arabian Gulf around you and Ain Dubai overhead, finding the motivation to show up should be a little easier.

The sessions are led by SQUATWOLF trainers, including Tanya Zag, Pat Layi and Joao Caldas. The programme is designed to suit a range of fitness levels and interests. Highlights include Sunset Strength, Shadowboxing, Core Club and Strength on Water, which is likely to be the most talked-about of the lot. If you’d prefer something gentler, Low-Impact Sweat and Evening Flow offer a calmer way to move.

What to expect

The schedule will change through the month, with a mix of training and recovery:

  • HIIT: fast-paced, high-energy sessions for those who like to sweat

  • Pilates: controlled, precise movement focused on strength and stability

  • Strength: coach-led training to build power and conditioning

  • Mobility and recovery: lower-intensity sessions to stretch, reset and recharge

Classes run daily, including weekends, so there’s plenty of chance to try something new or build a regular routine. You could make it a weekly sunset ritual and stay on afterwards for dinner by the water.

Every session is free, but spaces are limited, so booking ahead is a good idea. The full programme, session times and booking are available at bluewatersdubai.ae and on Instagram at @BluewatersDubai.
