So, who are Dubai's best recruiters and recruitment firms? Where do you go when you're looking for a new job or if you want to hire for your own company or team?
We asked a mix of those who hire or have recently secured roles to get an honest view on who the best recruiters are today and taking into account different roles and sectors too.

Genie Recruitment and Nicki Wilson
This team of fierce females are smashing it, they're winning awards and often have some of the best jobs in the city. They offer a personal and supportive service, which many of us want at this time. Founder Nicki Wilson really cares about her team, clients and candidates and it shows. Recruiter Emily Docherty is very strong in the hospitality sector.

Fox Talent are another name that come up a lot in our research for quality roles and a good service. Everyone had great things to say about co-founder Alexandra Hartley in particular.

GG Selection
Formerly known as Green Gulf Careers, GG Selection is a Generalist Talent Consultancy which serves both client and candidates across a broad range of industries. Founder Mairead O'Sullivan has a brilliant eye for detail and works tirelessly for those she supports.

McGregor Boyall
This global recruitment consultancy has a strong regional team. They offer permanent, contract and project-based recruitment services focusing on the mid-senior candidate market. Regional Director Abby Weetman comes very highly recommended.
