From October 1st, Aura Skypool will be launching a variety of wellness classes and special treatments. You can expect hand, foot and neck massages with AURA’s signature aroma therapy oil. Available daily from 10am-2pm.
On top of this, you will find weekly classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday between 8am-9am. The classes, lasting 1 hour, will be held while enjoying the famous AURA views of The Palm. The perfect opportunity to reset for the day or week ahead.
Each wellness session will be hosted by Emilse, AURA’s Resident Wellness Coach who is an experienced yogi teacher with a background in contemporary-jazz dance. Prices start from AED 280 per person.
You can expect ‘Dynamic Stretch’ on Mondays, Vinyasa Yoga on Wednesday’s, and a Power Fit class on Saturday’s. AURA will provide mats and towels to use during the sessions, an AURA wellness morning shot will be given and a re-usable AURA branded water bottle which you can take home with you.
After each wellness session, you are welcome to choose one dish from AURA’s breakfast menu which will be included in the package along with a hot or cold drink. Dishes such as their Asian Brunch Bowl, Miso Eggs Benedict, and Avocado on Toast will be served in the lounge between 9am-9:45am immediately after the class.
