Alaya Restaurant Concept Launches in DIFC

Restaurant pioneers Evgeny Kuzin and Chef Izu Ani are a force to be reckoned with and there seems to be no sign of them slowing down. Once again they have partnered to create Alaya, a unique new concept that celebrates the vibrant cuisine of the Mediterranean, featuring Middle Eastern influences.

Alaya was born from Evgeny Kuzin & Chef Izu’s extensive travels and encounters across the Middle East and their desire to pay tribute to the richness and beauty of the region. The latest addition to their ever-expanding portfolio demonstrates a drive to deliver excellence and push boundaries with a creative flair on every project.

The menu is guaranteed to delight with each dish designed to create meaningful experiences with carefully selected ingredients and rigorous cooking methods used to combine traditions with a contemporary approach.
