This year, we honour women doing their most meaningful work yet. The builders, the leaders, the innovators and the mentors who are creating real impact – driving progress and shaping the future across industries, communities and culture.

Raemona’s 40 Over Forty has become a trusted platform for recognising women who are redefining midlife – and celebrating the confidence, clarity and power that comes with it.

How it works

The #Raemona40 list will be revealed across four weeks in March 2026, with ten women unveiled each week on raemona.com.

This fully independent and exclusive list celebrates women from a wide range of industries and backgrounds – each selected for the impact they’re making right now.
