Mandana Shabani
Mandana is a chef, restauranteur & graduate of The French Culinary Institute in SoHo, where Jacques Pepin taught her to make eggs (humble brag). She got her cooking chops in NYC, which she is forever grateful for & it has shaped her identity as a chef. Mandana spent a few months living on a farm in Pennsylvania’s Amish county, raising chickens & cows. She's been named the “Sauce Queen” & “Forest Creature” for her love of ramps & all things wild & seasonal. Mandana's heart is full when food is involved.
When Mandana is not cooking you can find her recipe developing and talking food with her Chef husband, visiting a museum or gallery, traveling, reading or heading to a restaurant. Mandana is in love with the heart & soul of the hospitality industry & the people & stories behind it. She hopes you will join her in discovering it together.
