Eda is the co-founder of SEVA. Her journey began with a background in international relations and classical French cuisine, but she was drawn to self-development and consciousness exploration.

Over the years, Eda has personally trained in numerous healing modalities and dedicated her life to helping others heal, grow, and live in alignment with the rhythms of nature.

In addition to her work at SEVA, Eda has written self-help books, with one recently published and another set to be on the shelves next month. Eda also mentors women through online sessions, helping them navigate personal transformation and self-growth. Through SEVA and her other ventures, Eda aims to create spaces and experiences that nurture both personal and collective transformation.

Today Eda shares with me the biggest Life Lessons she has experienced:

#LIFELESSON – 1: Knowing that everything is a contract, and we need one for everything.

One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned is that life operates on agreements, both seen and unseen. Whether it’s in business or personal relationships, we are constantly entering into contracts, be they written or energetic. Understanding this has brought clarity and boundaries into my life. A contract ensures that both parties understand their roles, expectations, and contributions. This applies not only to legal agreements but to the silent agreements we have with ourselves, our purpose, and the universe. The moment we recognize that everything in life is a form of contract, we become empowered to honour those commitments with more integrity and precision. Nothing is left to ambiguity, and that allows us to move forward with clear intentions.

#LIFELESSON – 2: Nobody does it alone, but it feels very lonely at times.

While it’s easy to believe that entrepreneurship and personal growth are solo journeys, the truth is that none of us does it alone. We rely on the support, advice, and energy of those around us—whether we acknowledge it or not. Yet, the path to success or transformation can often feel isolating. There are moments when no one can fully understand your unique experience, your struggles, or your vision, and that can feel incredibly lonely. But it’s in those moments of solitude that we build resilience. Understanding that the loneliness is temporary, and that we are always supported in ways we cannot always see, is key to persevering through those difficult times.

#LIFELESSON – 3: Nobody needs to understand your purpose and actions—you follow you.

One of the hardest lessons to embrace is that your purpose is yours alone, and it doesn’t need to be understood by others. Often, we look for validation or understanding from the people around us, hoping they’ll see the value in our vision or actions. But the truth is, nobody else has to understand why you’re doing what you’re doing. Your inner calling is unique to you, and the only person who needs to follow through on it is you. Once you release the need for external approval, you free yourself to walk your path with confidence and clarity. Follow your own instincts—they are your most reliable guide.
