Hair is so important to our overall confidence and self esteem, I for one can testify to this after a truly bad hair cut or few, and a colour that nearly bleached my hair off. I’ve never felt so unattractive and low. So, given this is so, how come our hair is one of the most neglected bits of our body?

We put our hair through so much and especially in the super harsh Middle East environment - the constant heat, regular styling and stacks of product usage. Not to mention all the hair dyeing, cuts and treatments.

Is your hair care regime as in depth as your skincare regime? Do you even have a hair care regime? Whilst an 8 step process isn’t quite called for, most hair types need a bit more TLC than we’re currently giving it.

Of the things you can do quite easily, we’re a fan of leave in conditioners for our locks. Not only because they are good for even the most time poor of us, but they also really work.

Once your hair is cleansed and conditioned, your leave in treatment is next up to detangle and hydrate as we go. When used correctly, leave in conditioners leave hair beautiful and if you only make one hair change, we suggest giving this one a go.
