After his most recent stint at the iconic, MICHELIN-starred Ossiano, where he was nominated Gault&Millau UAE’s Future Great of the Year 2025, Chef Robin Höfer is launching the city’s most exclusive private dining experience: Robz’ Chef’s Table. Robz’ Chef’s Table is more than a supper club; it is a personal narrative of Höfer’s life, reflecting his career through some of Europe's top MICHELIN-Starred kitchens and his passion for Asian flavours.
Limited to only eight seats, this intimate culinary affair is priced at AED 750 per person including non-alcoholic pairing and AED 850 with wine pairing.
The evening begins with a homemade tepache as a welcome drink, followed by 13 ‘impressions’ that unfold different chapters of Höfer’s life. For example, the Golden Egg, inspired by his travels in Thailand, is a luxurious combination of lobster, tapioca pearls, and Tom Kha soup, blending French technique with bold Thai flavors. A German native, Höfer shares his all-time favourite comfort food, Käse Spätzle, a German staple elevated with generous slices of black truffle, crispy onion, and a delicate salad bouquet. This is followed by his favourite drink from Germany, Spezi, which he playfully turns into a granita served with jelly, black lemon, kumquat, and finger lime. Desserts are full of surprises, evoking his fond childhood memories growing up in Germany.

Designed to be fun and imaginative, the non-alcoholic pairing comes with homemade fermented drinks like kombucha, lemonade, and tepache, with rotating flavours that bring unexpected combinations.
Adding a sentimental touch, guests will dine using cutlery passed down from Höfer’s grandmother, Lore—polished daily to maintain its timeless elegance.
How to book: Robz’ Chef’s Table takes place three times a week, and is announced exclusively on @chefrobinhoefer and @pearll_y’s Instagram stories.
