One of the best initiatives Dubai offers every year is Dubai 30x30. With many fitness venues or apps offering discounts and free classes, there is no excuse for anyone to miss out on the Dubai Fitness challenge. Every year there’s an action-packed calendar of sporting events to get involved with. Whether you’re after group class, free workout session, or a healthy eating tutorial there’s sure to be something to spark your interest.
This is a great way to get all the family involved in any form of exercising for 30 minutes every day for 30 days. Running from October 29th until November 29th the Dubai Fitness challenge will be the focus for everyone. Launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council in 2017, the festival aims to make Dubai the most active city in the world.
In the past there have been massive road races, cycle challenges, free yoga sessions and more, so if you want to try something new then this could be the push you’re waiting for. The Dubai Ride has been confirmed for Saturday November 6 and the Dubai Run will be on Saturday November 20.
