Chalk Training Ground Launches Unique Teen Summer Camp

The Palm’s hottest new fitness destination, Chalk Training Ground has launched a unique Strength Training Summer Camp designed exclusively for teens. Kicking off on the 12th July 2022, the camp offers two classes per week, on a Tuesday and a Thursday, between 09:30 and 10:30am and will run for a month, totalling eight uniquely designed, strength training classes.

These carefully curated, functional workouts are perfect for all fitness levels, specifically for teens between the ages of 14 and 18 years old, and while promoting fitness and health through strength training and conditioning, also aim to encourage social interaction, enhanced motor skills and coordination all within a safe and incredibly supportive environment.

Watch as your teen not only boosts their muscle mass but also their confidence during this fun, fitness-focused summer camp, and we would imagine a few new friendships will be gained too. Qualified coaches will lead each class to provide motivation and inspiration while ensuring that the correct techniques are being implemented in every movement.
