
In celebration of Peruvian National Day on the 28th of July, SUSHISAMBA Dubai invites guests to indulge in a special limited-time Sambakase menu, available from July 26th to July 28th.
This lively culinary celebration will be hosted within the stunning SAMBAROOM, a perfect location to keep cool in the summer heat and be transported to the vibrant country of Peru.
During the special culinary series, guests can enjoy exquisite Peruvian dishes, served from 6pm onwards, showcasing a variety of gastronomic delights that celebrate this incredible culture. Dishes include Scallop Tiradito, raw Japanese scallop with Aji Amarillo dashi, green apple, tofu, and coriander; Tuna Seviche, Bluefin Tuna with Aji Amarillo tiger, watermelon, furikake, and Peruvian ponzu; Beef Tartare, Japanese wagyu beef with Rocoto yuzu aioli, black garlic, crispy Peruvian potato, and Manchego cheese; Chicken Andagi, a crispy doughnut filled with Aji de Gallina (traditional chicken stew), served with Japanese tartare sauce; as well as Wagyu Anticucho, consisting of slow-cooked wagyu beef intercostal with teriyaki sauce, and kizami chimichurri. In addition, guests can enjoy the signature SAMBA Seviche, bursting with fresh tangy flavours synonymous with Peruvian cuisine.
Moreover, guests will have the pleasure of savouring five specially curated Pisco cocktails, each meticulously crafted to pair perfectly with one of the delicious Peruvian dishes featured on the menu.
